Terms & Conditions

Payment:
MWG Designs require payment of invoices within 14 days. MWG Designs reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 8% above the Bank of England base rate plus any recovery costs incurred. In the event of any queries, telephone within 24 hours and confirm in writing within 71 hours.

Credit Terms:
MWG Designs credit facility is extended to certain clients. MWG Designs reserve the right to credit check applicants. The credit period and payment plan agreed is non-negotiable. Failure to keep to the payment plan will result in the credit agreement being voided and all monies becoming due immediately.

Service:
MWG Designs is committed to providing exemplary service. Please tell us if we fall short of that ideal.

Privacy:
MWG Designs will not sell or knowingly disclose details about our clients. We will endeavour to protect the privacy of our clients and their information that we have stored. MWG Designs will only disclose information as necessary to comply with an order from a court of law. MWG Designs may from time to time, contact customers in its quest to extend its first class customer service.

Copyright:
MWG Designs retains © copyright on any designs and literature produced by us. Specific graphics and text supplied by the client remain the property of the client. Any work designed by MWG Designs must not be altered or added to, reduced or in any way changed without the written approval of the company. Nothing under © copyright of MWG Designs may be reproduced without our expressed permission in writing.

Design Issues:
MWG Designs cannot be held responsible for copyright infringement on material supplied by clients. It is the responsibility of the client to check the provenance of all such material supplied. If a client wants to remove control of a website from MWG Designs, a fee will be payable for purchase of copyright. MWG Designs occasionally allows remote editing of websites by designated individuals on behalf of the client; when this occurs a fee will be payable. If a client makes changes to a site, MWG Designs will not be responsible for any problems arising from those changes.

Cancellation:
An order may only be cancelled if the design process has not begun and or purchase of external services secured. After that period, full payment will be due as per confirmation. MWG Designs reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order it deems unsuitable for design or publication.

Domain Names:
Payment is required before the desired domain is secured unless as part of an agreed design package. In exceptional circumstances, the domain may have been registered between request and purchase. MWG Designs cannot be held responsible for this and other matters beyond our control.

Trading style & logo:
MWG Designs trading style and logo are © copyright and may not be copied, moved used or altered without the written permission of the company. Literature published by MWG Designs is © copyright and may not be copied or used for any purpose without the written permission of the company.

Liability:
MWG Designs will not be liable for any loss or damage, economic loss, including loss of profits, business revenue and goodwill. We will not be liable for loss or damage to any items as supplied or held by us. We will not be liable if any claim is made against the client by a third party. MWG Designs will not be liable for any act or omission of the client, the company or any third party supplier. MWG Designs is not liable for any matters beyond our control.

Invalidity:
If any part of this agreement were adjudged to be void or unworkable, all other parts continue in force.

Updates:
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time as required by MWG Designs. The latest copy is always available here on our website:
